She was largely indebted to ex-Arsenal star Wilshere, who beat his former team-mate Petr Cech and two defenders with a mazy dribble before finding White, who tapped into an empty net.

White retired in 2022 after a glittering career that saw her play for the likes of Arsenal, Birmingham, and Manchester City. An England legend, she went out on top, after the Lionesses won Euro 2022 at Wembley.
