Leeds fans have been discussing their goalkeeping situation ahead of next season, and the overwhelming majority think Bailey Peacock-Farrell deserves the number one spot.
There wasn’t much good to come out of this season as far as Leeds fans are concerned, well apart from watching Aston Villa lose in the playoff final of course.
When Paul Heckingbottom took over in February, fans were largely underwhelmed by the appointment, but plenty were quietly optimistic that he could get their playoff push back on track.
The inexperienced ex-Barnsley man has had a nightmare start to his Leeds career though, winning just four games since swapping Oakwell for Elland Road.
One positive impact the 40 year-old has made though is his trust in youth, giving chances to the likes of Tom Pearce, Paudie O’Connor and Peacock-Farrell, but it now seems he could damage the young keeper by bringing in a new stopper.

Peacock-Farrell replaced the disastrous Felix Wiedwald earlier this year, and the youngster has been in fantastic form, despite having to wait until the final day of the season to get his first clean sheet.
Veteran goalkeeper David Stockdale and Manchester City youngster Angus Gunn have both been linked with moves to Elland Road, suggesting Heckingbottom is targeting a new goalkeeper this summer.
Fans clearly think this would be a mistake though, as a whopping 80 per cent said the Northern Irishman should be number one next season.
